The Executive Assistant will provide executive level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Job duties:
Screen phone calls and direct calls to the CEO, his direct reports and/or voice mail; frequently involves contact with division management, senior executives and members of the board of directors.
Schedule executive meetings and appointments and coordinate arrangements.
Organize and maintain files and corporate records.
Prepare and revise correspondence, memoranda, presentations and other documents as directed. Maintains contact lists and sends out correspondence.
Process mail, payroll and other miscellaneous tasks.
Arrange travel and file expense reports in a timely manner.
Provide additional administrative support as required.
This position will be located in Covington, KY
This job is based on a ladder structure and the job level (salary) will be determined by the quantity and quality of your experience.
High school diploma, Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years administrative experience supporting senior executive level staff.
Must have strong diplomatic interpersonal skills to represent the CEO in a professional manner inside and outside the company.
Discretion and good judgment are required in setting priorities and dealing with confidential information.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with BoardVantage preferred.
Must have excellent organizational ability and be detail oriented.
Familiarity with finance concepts and terminology is preferred.
Prior support of CEO or Senior Executives preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
