Manufacturing Supervisor
Job Summary
The manufacturing supervisor is responsible for managing the facility during the assigned shift in the production areas and its support functions. Individual has a lead role in implementing the TPM and Continuous Improvement activities. Individual assures that the safety, quality and production standards are maintained and improved
In addition, the manufacturing supervisor monitors the quality in the production process to prevent quality failures and ensures compliance with Unilever policies, GMP's, and government regulations and policies. Develops and/or executes effective training plans to further develop team member's skills and knowledge to achieve proper execution of OJT and operating procedures. Maintains open communications and shares important plant information to all team members. Manages shift employee relations issues in coordination and with the counseling from the Production Mgr and/or the HR Mgr. Identifies and pursues opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs in the production areas. Other duties as assigned. Individual abides by and enforces all plant Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies. Works with a positive SHE attitude. Communicates significant aspects of SHE to all team members. Supervisor will also be trained in the distribution/warehousing to be able to assist as needed
Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree preferred in Engineering/Technology/Technical Discipline with 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing setting TPM and food manufacturing experience will be an added advantage. Must be computer literate in software application tools: SAP, Word, Excel

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
