Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Machine and Tool/Die Company with strong International client base is seeing a Full Charge Bookkeeper. Will be the right hand person to the President/Owner in ensuring all accounting & book keeping processes are executed well. Everything from Inventory, Ar/Ap, Payroll, Capital Expenditures and well as order entry will reside in this team.

There are currently two direct reports.

Opportunity to run the whole accounting/bookkeeping, as well as help in cost & financial analysis of their operations.

Position will manage all financial, HR and non-production responsibilities including customer service, purchasing, benefits and IT. Reports to President/Owner.

- Responsible for all accounting transactions, from payroll, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Responsible for month end closing, financial statement preparation and proper filing of tax reports.

Job Requirements
- 4 Yr Degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA/CPA a bonus
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is critical, at least 3-4 yrs.
- Experience with Sage 100 Accounting would be a bonus
- Experience in working with external CPA firm on official financial statements and tax returns
- Experience in managing banking relationships is important
- Ability to think strategically and establish business reporting and analysis processes
- Month End Closing, Financial Statement Preparation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
