500's list of fastest growing companies, needs a cloud-fluent Linux systems administrator or full-stack web developer with administration experience to manage and optimize our web hosting infrastructure.
Responsibilities include deploying, configuring, maintaining and monitoring Linux-based servers in cloud environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

This position also requires an astute awareness of web industry trends and technologies, and the confidence to identify and master new concepts and solutions as they emerge.
This candidate will bring their positive attitude and enthusiasm to our integrated marketing team, working closely with digital project managers, account executives, graphic designers and writers in a tight-knit community to ensure marketing campaign consistency and brand presentation that aligns with the client's vision and strategies.
What we're looking for:
2-3 years of experience supporting website deployment, hosting, and server maintenanceKnowledge and proficiency in the setup and maintenance of Ubuntu Linux based systems, performance tuning, and securityExtensive experience with Amazon AWS, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure, DigitalOcean, and related cloud providers.
Knowledge and experience with operational tools such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cost management would be helpful in this role.
Strong understanding of web and their related infrastructure technologies (load balancers, DNS, Apache/NGINX/WebSphere configuration and optimization, authentication and authorization, SSH, Redis caching, database connections, SSL certificates etc.
)Familiarity with website and server monitoring tools such as New Relic, Grafana/Prometheus or similar is a plusExperience with backend web development technologies (PHP,.
NET, shell scripting, etc.
) a strong plusWordpress experience a plusParticipation and support in the deployment and launch of websites and digital applications when necessaryProactive approach to process implementation and standardizationPositive attitude and enthusiasm for team collaborationProactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvementMust be able to work independently and self-directed, as well as within a teamStrong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or relevant experience.
Proficient on Mac and Windows systems, as well as MS Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPointAWS Certifications are a plus:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
