Financial Operations Cash Management Business Analyst RoleResponsible for the execution of high risk, high visibility functions in support of the FinOps Cash Management team, spanning a variety of WI products including Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and Health & Welfare. The tasks will primarily consist of high-risk bank access monitoring, allocation of overnight bank account investment earnings and other audit / control functions related to WI bank account and disbursement activity. This will require the development of technical expertise across a wide array of processes, thru hands-on learning and collaboration with subject matter experts across multiple FinOps teams. In addition, this will include working with several different business partners in numerous locations so you must be highly motivated, self-directed and an independent problem solver with strong attention to detail. The Business Analyst will also have direct communication with WI s external banking partners and be responsible for working with both internal and external partners to accomplish key business goals. The FinOps Cash Management group is responsible for the oversight of all cash flows, payment processing and tax remittance through the WI bank accounts. This includes daily monitoring of bank account money movement, bank account reconciliation, representing WI with the IRS and state jurisdictions and working directly with the DB and H & W clients or trustees related to expected cash flows, payment processing and the execution of in good order reviews for Defined Benefit participant pension payment commencements.
