Your primary responsibilities will involve administrative duties, legal research, document preparation, and client communication.

Key
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
? Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
? Prepare and maintain legal documents, including tax lien filings, pleadings, and correspondence.
? Assist in organizing and maintaining case files and legal records.
Legal Research:
? Receive training in conducting legal research on tax liens and regulations.
? Summarize findings for attorneys and paralegals.
Document Preparation:
? Receive training in drafting and editing legal documents, including motions, orders, and affidavits.
? Learn to prepare documentation for tax lien auctions, redemptions, and foreclosures.
? Ensure accuracy and compliance with guidance from supervising staff.
Client Communication:
? Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in tax lien matters.
? Learn to provide basic assistance and information to clients under supervision.
? Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Case Management:
? Receive guidance in assisting attorneys and paralegals in case preparation.
? Learn to organize evidence and exhibits and assist in meeting case deadlines.
? Collaborate with team members to contribute to efficient workflow and case progress.
Qualifications:
(Pay dependent upon experience) ? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Previous experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, preferably in tax lien or real estate law is a plus.
? Willingness to learn and be trained in legal procedures and document preparation.
? Proficiency in computer skills and Google applications.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
