Director, Business Development & Client Management - Real World Evidence

What You'll Do:
Identify, contact and cultivate new clients Further penetrate and grow current client bases Develop and maintain new target account files Develop and generate new business development leads Assist in developing and implementing a strategy for the successful integration of RWE and late-phase research sales Work with targeted business development accounts to secure future business - perform CTI capabilities, support request for proposals and lead bid defense meetings to sell CTI's services to complete sales transaction process Develop and implement targeted account plans Initiate proposals and participate in proposal writing process, as necessary and applicable Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of price quotations, terms of sale and timelines according to company policy and within corporate guidelines Participate in bid defense and/or capabilities meetings Establish a good working relationship with existing and new (potential) clients Communicate with existing accounts and internal CTI representatives to ensure needs of accounts are being met Research service issues and ensure satisfactory resolution of client concerns Provide status reports to supervisor and provide and provide prompt updates within Sales Force What You'll Bring:
5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in the RWE space 5 years of account management and/or sales experience, including account profiling, relationship development, needs assessment and account closing, or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or physical/life sciences Why CTI? The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
