Job Description:
The Role The Implementation Project Manager (PM) for Emerging Products at Fidelity will act as the primary interface between the client and all internal groups related to implementations and new service additions.
The PM is ultimately accountable for leading multiple client implementations for projects including, but not limited to, Student Debt, Health Savings Account (HSA), Workplace Giving, and Single Sign-on.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring Knowledge of HR business functions, applications, and technical environment Client facing experience with end users, internal teams, external clients as well as 3rd party vendors as central point of contact for all project related deliverables.
Experience Creating project plans and monitoring progress against plan, including communicating deliverable, timelines, best-practice data, and process solutions to clients Familiarity with WI Products and Services across all product lines Related work experience, undergraduate and/or graduate degree(s).
A Bachelor s degree is required.
Strong team building skills.
Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent judgment and project management skills Results/willing to take action and have attention to detail Strong facilitation, influencing skills and negotiating skills Proven ability to promote and position products effectively with client.
Leads cross-company teams to achieve common goals The Team The Fidelity Emerging Products Implementation team is responsible for implementing exciting new benefit opportunities to Fidelity clients.
