Senior Manager, Digital Marketing
Job Description:
The Marketing Technology team is looking for a Marketing Automation Developer to design innovative solutions leveraging cloud technologies.
In this role, you will work with client servicing business partners to understand their digital marketing needs and translate those needs into creative and innovative solutions that meets clients where they are.
As a Developer on our Agile Marketing Automation team, you will build solutions in SFMC Cloud Pages, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder, etc.
You will also collaborate with web developers on the Experience Cloud team in addition to building journeys, emails, and events as a cross-functional member of the team.
The TeamThe Marketing Technology team focuses on designing and implementing capabilities and experiences that bring customer strategies to life.
Technically creative and nimble, this team is known for creating innovative user-friendly solutions based on complex business requirements from business stakeholders across the organization.
The Expertise You Have Demonstrated experience using Marketing Automation systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred in addition to basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and the CRM core objects.
Web development:
Responsive HTML/CSS, REST/JSON API clients, JavaScript Database experience (SQL) Ability to work comfortably in Agile methodology Understanding of industry best practices related to digital customer experiences, UXD, and web design Strong, confident presenter and communicator Proven ability to partner with and collaborate with other leaders to deliver business outcomes Strong understanding of technology inclusive of user interface, data flows, and back-end systems The Skills You Bring Creative problem solver with attention to detail Able to learn and teach others Familiar with the Agile methodology Comfortable with paired programming and team programming Collaboration:
