1 - 5 employees PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES oReviews complex returns; M-1, multiple states, international issues.
oAbility to do technical research and document to support conclusion.
oDemonstrates ability to manage the preparation and review process of complex returns in a timely and efficient manner.
oResolves complicated tax issues.
oHandles client matters with accounting department and decision makers.
oEnsures completion of planning with Shareholder approval prior to field work.
oEnsures completion of file through work paper review prior to Shareholder review.
oPrepares review notes and trains staff.
oDemonstrates strong technical knowledge.
oIs aware of status on staff work prior to planning meetings.
oManages budgets and billing center.
additional duties could be possible and will be discussedRequirementsEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Certified Public Accountant, Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field; minimum five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CPA WORKING CONDITIONS Equipment used:
computer, telephone, copier and scanner.
Physical Demands:
Essential demands include sitting at a desk, working on a computer for long periods of time and using a telephone to communicate with internal and external clients and the general public.
Minimal lifting.
Work Hours:
Business hours Monday through Friday, 8:
00 am-5:
00 pm.
Additional work hours will be expected due to the increased work volumes during busy seasons (mid-January through mid-April), range from 40-60 hours/week.
EXPECTED TRAVEL:
Work out of the office with occasional travel to clients and other offices throughout the region Recommended Skills Accounting Accounting Software Administration Adobe Billing Business Development Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
